Three
thieves being haunted by a blind military vet they intended to rob in his own
house is a predicament hard to resist, especially if you love horror movies.
Hence, „Don’t breathe” was given a chance to prove and show something different
from an almost 100% generic genre these days. And it failed.
It
failed with the non-convincing acting (Stephen Lang) and subplots, as
well as a repeating manner of hiding the sub-outcomes of those subplots. And as
if this enough, there’s a strong hint of a franchise at the very end.
„Don’t
breathe” has an interesting concept and nothing else.
