Shakespeare movie interpretations haven't had
their fare share of success in the past couple of decades, primarily due to a
lack of innovation.
The newest version of „Macbeth” for the big
screen brings us hardcore medieval Shakespeare script, independent production
and all-star actors lineup. Fassbender is solid as king Macbeth, while
Cotillard steals the show as his Lady. If you have enough patience to break
through the multiple layers of incomprehensible language and writing style, you
will be awarded with one quality artistic flick filled followed by plethora of
symbols discreetly inserted by the young director Justin Kurtzel.
„Macbeth” is strictly for the lovers of classical
Shakespeare and fans of Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard.
